We are committed to ensuring the reliability and stability of our services regardless of external factors. The HID Fund Corporate Sustainability Program covers:

1. Preparedness and planning
- Business Continuity Plans (BCP): impact analysis, identification of critical processes, recovery strategies.
- Business Recovery Plans (BRP): clear instructions for restarting personnel, IT systems and infrastructure.
- Business Absence Plans: include pandemic and mass employee unavailability scenarios.

2. disaster recovery (Disaster Recovery)
- Hybrid infrastructure: own data centers and cloud services.
- Geographic redundancy of platforms.
- Plans for switching to backup sites and clear incident management procedures.

3. operational sustainability
- Identification of key business services and determination of their allowable downtime.
- Dependency mapping: technology, processes, personnel.
- Regular stress testing of systems and processes.

4. risk assessment and site sustainability
- Annual risk assessment: natural threats, political and infrastructure risks.
- Strengthening of infrastructure and optimization of resource allocation based on analysis.

Testing and drills
- Test remote access and work from alternate sites.
- Simulate task transfer between teams.
- Test emergency switching of data centers and cloud regions.
- Document results and adapt plans.

Control of third-party suppliers
- Audit and evaluate BCP/DR plans of key external partners.
- Integrate evaluations into onboarding and regular monitoring.

Crisis management
- 24/7 incident and risk monitoring.
- Crisis protocol activation with backup teams.
- Mass employee alerts and a dedicated support portal.

Training and awareness raising
- Annual mandatory emergency response training.
- Process recovery drills and IT disaster recovery tests.
- Specialized sessions and participation in crisis simulations.
